In today's era where the pandemic has become the new normal, the die casting and nonferrous metals casting industries have withstood the impact. At the same time, the industry is undergoing rapid reshuffling, with the waves of 5G, healthcare, and intelligent technology bringing new opportunities for industry transformation and upgrading. Against this backdrop, our company will participate in the Shanghai International Die Casting Exhibition (CHINA DIECASTING) and the Shanghai International Nonferrous Metals Casting Exhibition (CHINA NONFERROUS), held from July 7-9, 2021 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (E5-E7), showcasing our latest products and solutions.

Seamaster Pro is our newly developed high-speed industrial CT scanner, capable of non-destructive 3D defect detection and measurement of castings and other samples. It is the best tool for product development, failure analysis, quality assessment, and process improvement. The equipment has a large scanning range and high accuracy, completing the scan of medium-sized samples in 1-3 minutes. It has obtained US FDA certification, meeting all the testing requirements of conventional X-ray digital imaging and CT imaging.

The equipment is based on the fundamental principles of X-ray digital CT imaging systems. It utilizes a closed-tube, small-focus X-ray source, a high-resolution flat-panel detector, and a high-precision mechanical motion platform to obtain high-definition 2D DR images. It can also obtain 3D images through a CT system constructed from 3D scanning imaging. Through the integrated DeepVISION and DeepPRECISION software platforms, it can achieve 3D CT scanning and real-time 2D digital imaging. The system uses a high-performance workstation with a GPU for rapid 3D reconstruction and visualization, and on this basis, enables comprehensive CT quality control and dimensional measurement of objects.
● The most cost-effective CT system while optimizing image quality.
● Operable without requiring extensive CT knowledge.
● Excellent joystick feel for convenient operation during real-time 2D imaging.
